I love the monthly currentlys from Farley at Oh' Boy 4th Grade! I have fallen off the blogging wagon since the last time I blogged was for the December currently. The holidays have been mega busy!! Now that we are in 2014 I've been thinking about this blog and what goals I can make for it. So I am going to start a new monthly linky party featuring at least one book I read and recommend (or maybe just warn you about.)
This goes hand in hand with my New Year resolution: Read a new book each month.
I hope to feature one chapter book (for adults/ advanced readers) and one children's book. Then you can link up adding your own recommendations. It doesn't have to be something you just finished reading. The first book I plan on featuring was purchased about three years ago and read by myself during the same time period, and once or twice more since then.
So keep an eye out, I won't do it for the beginning of the month so as not to compete with the CURRENTLY! Beside, I should be starting my new book of the month at the beginning of the month, and then blogging about it at the end once I've read it. I cannot wait to see what others are personally reading, and what you are reading to your students.

My daughter just priced the photoshop elements for a MAC and you are right, we are still wanting it! One of my old laptops came with it on it, but I want it on my MAC. Your monthly linky party sounds like fun...that is one of my goals this year is to blog more and take more pictures to put on our blog!!
